During each stay I found the staff to be warm and inviting. All staff members went out of their way to provide extra assistance when needed. Jip and Nathalie, front desk receptionists and Sandra, breakfast dining room, are to be commended on their dedication to hotel guests. Outstanding hotel in charming Haarlem!

Clean and comfortable room and beds. We slept like babies. Host Brenda was extremely kind and considerate and provided us with food beforehand as we had early morning trips through travel agencies. Clean and beautiful town just within 15 minutes travel by train from central Amsterdam. Tea- coffee making facilities in the room and a shared kitchen for anyone who wants to prepare food themselves.

Mainly that it’s not a sterile, clinical hotel if that makes sense. It’s got charm and character, it’s in a beautiful spot, the bathroom was perfect and I didn’t feel cramped.

Ambassador City Centre is a family hotel situated in the centre of Haarlem opposite the St. Bavo Church near the Grote Markt. The beds were soft and clean, the pillows fluffy. Bathroom was tidy and all linens were nice.

Stayokay Haarlem is a hostel located on the edge of the city, only a short distance from the popular beach town Bloemendaal aan Zee. Benefit from free parking and the lovely terrace. Everywhere was very clean and the bed was wonderfully soft!! Breakfast was suitable and everything worked as it should. Good price for your money!
