They were absolutely the nicest people ever the guest were even super pleasant. The location is perfect! It's so quite and secluded and the rooms were crazy clean! It's like being in your own little oasis you don't even realize anything going on outside of it. The beach was fantastic there were never more than a handful of people there and they offer comfy little chairs to take to the beach to sit. It's a super short walk also which makes it even better! There was a little bunny who hung out the whole time we were there and the fact they had plants and grass with loungers and hammocks everywhere made it so relaxing and calming. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return!!

The Condo was very clean and what a treat to have a full kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer! We were very pleased that everyone social distanced on the beach, walkways and elevator. Cocoa Beach instituted a mandatory face covering rule so we were very happy with that! Felt very safe. We enjoyed cooking our meals on site and there was a Publix a short drive away. We will be back!

We stayed in room #112 looked exactly the same as pictures although I thought I read 2 showers but there is a bath tub. 1st floor view from patio if you step in the grass was beautiful at sunrise/sunset/storm. There were items for the beach & beach towels. Not a long walk to the beach & area of beach was perfect especially if you have children. Pool was open although early close due to Covid19 rules, staff that was working around the grounds were polite.

The owner was helpful and kind also. Very informative on any question that we asked. Not overly crowded, just amazing very thankful for all the quiet time.
