This Pent House Condo is beautiful!! Very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. There were lots of blush towels, amenities, everything your could ever need in the kitchen, and the views were the best!! The food and drinks available at the pool side Tiki bar and lower level cafe were good and reasonably priced. We loved having a store available on the lower level for breakfast items, beer, and wine. Mona, the owner of this unit, was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and took care of little issues that came up when checking in and valet parking. She was quick to respond, which we greatly appreciated. We loved this condo!

The location is also perfect, with a beautiful park and the water across the street and the beach and another park only a block away. Stores, restaurants are within minutes. It could not have been more convenient.

The free trolley stopped very close by. We got the 150 airport express bus and got off at Indian Creek Drive/29th St, which is only 2 blocks away. Luis’ communication was brilliant and he is super friendly. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

All apartments include a flat-screen cable TV, a dining area, and free Wi-\Fi. Lovely apartment with everything you need. A gorgeous terrace made an already spacious unit even better. The security of the whole building was impressive including the parking. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially John who waited up for us when we had to check in at a very late hour! The location is amazing! Close enough to walk to all the excitement of South Beach but just far enough away for more peaceful times. Overall we were impressed with everything and loved every minute of our stay!
