We stayed here for 7 nights while kiteboarding (at kitesurfing Kos). Parking was possible in front of the house 90% of the time, otherwise parking available nearby. Ocean is a few meters away, and the loud bar/pub on the other side of the road was not a bother for us at all, since it had to close early due to Covid Restrictions. Otherwise I can't really imagine it being much of an issue as well, since your appartment most likely has AC, and you can keep the windows closed.
