The hotel, the room/junior suite is very comfortable, the rooms are in almost brand new condition. The breakfast was very nice , and Diego , the owner, even adopted it to our individual preferences. The area is very quiet. The place is a bit difficult to find and it may be difficult to find a proper parking slot, however we always managed. from Zeta rooms , it is about 30 min walk to the Reggia, the royal palace. It was a very pleasant experience to stay in Zeta rooms.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the bed and breakfast free of charge. We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by the son of the couple running the place. We were offered help to carry the luggage up to the room and shown the facility. We were even offered an espresso despite the late time. The whole facility is completely new, including the rooms and the common area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. In the morning breakfast had been prepared at the agreed time and included excellent cookies, cake and marmelade, made by the Signora. As soon as I mentioned being a fan of homemade marmelade, another full jar was immediately brought to the table :) We were then shown the facilities by daylight: from the rooftop terrace you can see the sea and the islands off the coast, and from our room's terrace the Reggia di Caserta and the Vesuvio behind it - stunning. We stayed one night only as we were on our way to our final destination further South, but will definitely consider returning for a longer stay to explore the surroundings.
