We were celebrating our Anniversary, as we entered the our room on the coffee table was a card from all the management and staff and a chocolate cake with strawberries and Happy Anniversary wrote in Chocolate much appreciated. Thanking you for making us feel most welcome and wonderful memories. We will certainly stay again.

Messaged Lynn via booking.com to check it was OK to bring two dogs, and she responded very quickly with a friendly "yes" 😊 Arrived just after check in and we (and the dogs!) were warmly greeted by Lynn. Accommodation looked exceptional inside and out and there was abundant free on street parking available (although this was a Friday afternoon). Shown the treats, toys and towels in the hall that were available for dogs, and tea, coffee and complimentary drinks and snacks for guests. We had room one which was on first floor at front. Beautifully well appointed room with large bay window. Bed huge and comfortable. Nice ensuite shower room and toiletries provided. Lynn keeps an extremely clean house and all Covid restrictions were adhered to, without things being too intrusive. A lovely place and highly recommended. Thank you.

Very clean, lovely room with two excellent double beds. Great windows with good view. Very modern, spotless reception area and seating around the bar and breakfast section. Just a better class of hotel than we're used to at Blackpool. Location was ideal for pleasure beach and waterpark and conveniently out of the way of the busy centre so ideal for families. Private car park very convenient if a bit pricey at £12 per 24 hours.
