My family and I loved this hotel! I was clean, comfortable, and warm in the winter! Our son had his own pull out bed and bathroom. The kitchenette in our apartment was a money saver. We like the set up of the pantry to take things back to your personal space to prepare. The location is perfect for walking, riding on the river or taking the tube. We will go back this summer!

Booked a single with shared bathroom-tight budget for this trip. Many thanks for the upgrade to a double en-suite-I know this was only based on availability at the time. Very clean and well equipped bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room spotless. Great location for where I needed to be.
Room was a family room in a block of small apartments, beds were really comfy, bathroom was a bit tight but very clean. Location was ideal for us as not far from bus stops, train stations, Westfield shopping centre and Chiswick house Lightopia event. Staff were super helpful and very polite. drinks were cheap too!
Excellent location. Receptionist was nice and helpful. Very budget and cheap place, little rooms but it was very clean, both rooms with clean ensuite, the bedding was clean, bed was comfy. My double bed was right next to the wall but it was a good thing as I stayed with my little boy who could sleep well without falling off the bed (and I could sleep without worrying). Sugary basic snacks and juice provided for breakfast.
The location is ideal for the tube and getting around London. And is very clean for a budget hotel.
This hotel totally met the sweet spot between location, price and cleanliness. Beware that this is a budget hotel so the rooms are tiny (standard for London btw), the walls are thin, and the amenities are cheap. HOWEVER, great, friendly service, VERY clean, perfect location and very inexpensive. You make the call!
