Set in a park on the banks of the Varenne’s river, the Logis Hotel de France is situated in Domfront, a medieval town characterized by its scenery and trails around the ramparts. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We had a super meal on the terrace. It was busy , full of atmosphere with everybody following the covid 19 rules. We had a fabulous meal and really enjoyed ourselves.

We booked to stay here last minute and are so glad that we did. The owners were very friendly, offering to help with our bags and gave us a welcome cup of tea. The location is fantastic, Domfront is a beautiful town nearby. The building itself is perfect and well looked after. The breakfast was very good. We will be back!
Good food and friendly staff and nice atmosphere .Hotel clean and comfortable with great parking in a central location - ideal stopover to break long journeys. Nothing was to much trouble and even the dog was friendly
This hotel was closed but I was upgraded to the hotel de France which seem to own both. Nice room, carpet has seen better days but considering I only paid 40€ for two nights I can’t really complain
Location to the wonderful Domfront Medieval town.
