We had such a great stay at Hotel OFF the first time that we didn't hesitate to book with them again on our second trip to Chania. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with arranging taxi transfers, dinner reservations, etc, the rooms are well-appointed, chic, and comfortable, and the location off a gorgeous alley just off the harbor in the Old Town can't be beat. Breakfast is always great, and Covid precautions are taken very seriously. We absolutely love this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Chania.

The hotel itself is very clean. My room was perfect with sea view and balcony. It had all the furniture you needed in an apartment, a kitchenette with all the utensils necessary. The outdoor space is nice, you have choice between pool or the beach. There an outdoor restaurant with nice view on the beach and bar as well. Staff people are all very friendly and smiley you can ask them anything they will be glad to help. Access to a small supermarket at 1 min from the hotel or Chania old town 20 min by walk which was perfect.

Iason Studios was amazing. It is located in a quiet part of the old town, just steps from the harbour. The location is also close to an area with free parking, and is only a 10 minute walk to Nea Chora beach. The suite was large, clean and offered a nice patio, and a nice rooftop with day-beds and loungers. Despina was a great host who made us feel lile we were family. She was very outgoing, accommodating, and was great to communicate with. We lived our stay, and would recommend Iason Studios to anyone visiting Chania, Crete.

Location is excellent. In the middle of Chania Old Town, as well as a very short distance to KTEL - bus station, which makes it a perfect location to explore Chania and Western Crete by bus. Especially if you want to explore nice beaches around Chania. Great and friendly staff at the reception. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels brought every day. Excellent room cleaning service. Good breakfast, especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Good size room. Overall happy with the stay.

I have visited Crete dozens of times the last years. This place is by far the best choice I ever had and my only choice from now on. The house is really spacious, the kitchen has everything to cook, the patio with the flowers is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. The old port is a beautiful 10 minutes walk. We were helped out for a really early check in and late check-out since we arrived by ferry from Peiraias at 6 a.m. with no extra charge. Very warm hospitality.

It was a very very pleasant stay at Mirabile. The staff are absolutely exceptional, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing less than excellent. Thr hotels is designed absolutely beautifully, the bed is very comfortable, and the room are clean and spotless. It's in an location; close to ATM's, taxi lane, pharmacy, etc, but you cannot gear any noise from the mainstream. Highly recommended if you're location to stay in Chania old town..

I was quite excited about staying in the Old Chania Town. I looked for a hotel in the old town, cheap(er) with a reasonable customer satisfaction level. TALOS seemed a reasonable option with its relatively more affordable price (as compared to the others) and good satisfaction rate. So, the location was good. The room was clean. There was teas and coffees provided if you dare to climb the stairs to the upper floor! I did not find it easy!

We really had a great time at the Royal Sun and were sad to leave. We loved the view during the fantastic breakfast (best breakfast during our whole Crete vacation) and the pool time. We also enjoyed the shuttle service into the town. The staff was very friendly and helped whenever we had a question or request. We definitely recommend the hotel and will stay there next time when in Crete.

We have nothing but good things to say about Viaggio - the room was large, the bathroom big and modern, a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room and the location is perfect in a quiet walkway in old town and close to everything. Katerina our host was amazing. This one if the best hotels we have ever stayed at and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend time in Chania

Right on a beach on the edge of Chania. We enjoyed our walk to the town center for dinner and back. Ample parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast overlooking the water with freshly made food, fruit, eggs, etc. Not the purity of the remote beaches on Crete, (some trash on beach, etc.) but definitely swimmable for an urban area! Great value for the money!

Clean, modern and stunning sea views. This hotel is brand new and very close to the old town but also a great base to visit Crete’s beautiful beaches by rental car (free hotel parking!). The icing on the cake was the friendly and helpful staff. Panos and his team were second to none! The roof has a great view to watch sunsets too.

Excellent location right in the old town of Chania. I felt at home from the moment i entered. the hotel, The staff was amazing and caring down to the smallest details. The hotel is beautiful A classic place to stay in Chania. A building renovated to modern charm.

It was a good hotel once, with huge balconies and sea view. It is clean and safe still and its position is perfect, easy to find, near the sea – just on the beach. The old town is reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes.

Very modest hotel. It is clean and quiet, but other than that it has nothing that makes it shine. Next time in Crete I would definitely try to find another location/hotel.

I loved this adorable hotel. The view of the Old Town Chania was incredible, especially at sunset. I would stay here time and time again. The staff was also extremely nice.

The suite is located in the old town on the quiet street, has clean and tidy room, nice interior. Agapi is very helpful and is expert in Hannia/Crete.

Nefeli Hotel is welcoming and restful. The staff are charming, and they went out of their way to make sure my room was the best available. The room was immaculate and quiet, with a large sliding door to the balcony. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast choice was varied and fresh.

Modern and clean building and apartment. Quiet at night for good sleep. Comfortable bed. Walkable location. On-site assigned free parking space. Anna the property manager was super responsive and friendly. We would stay here again.
