What can I say, we spent lovely 4 days at Sylvia apartment. This is best accommodation in Dubrovnik by far. We got greeted upon arrival by our host who helped us with parking and gave us the keys. The place is magic, with pool, ancient church, and old artefacts and most amazing thing of all - the magic VIEW on old town of Dubrovnik and sea. I rate this place 10/10 but beware that you are sleeping on couch, so if you are having problems with your back or sleeping issues take this in consideration. We will be there again most definitely.

First of all it is location which is very central and I was very surprised by Dubrovnik beauty and you live surrounded by it. Secondly it is staff, very friendly and helpful. They are ready to assist you not just with hotel questions, but can help you in other things in area. Thirdly but not least-roof restaurant, fantastic food and great service, magnific view over roofs of old town. Hotel is located in old building, but very nice renovated and managed.

Amazing rooms, pool, breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is amazing, very close to the best part of the old town with lots of great and well-priced restaurants nearby (between the hotel and entrance to city walls). Also, the best beach in Dubrovnik Sveti Jakov is a short walk away. This is rare for hotels in Dubrovnik and really makes this place a special place to stay. Thanks so much, could not recommend staying here more!!

Amazingly located property right next to two of the old town gates, a few restaurants and bakeries that made it easy to grab some breakfast and get to the old town. The best thing was this location itself that makes it great for visiting the old city. We decided to change hotels as the rooms were too small for our family and the hotel honored the request free of charge which is to their credit as they didnt have to.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to us any time of the day. The rooms are really lovely and clean (although definitely pay extra for a sea view room!). We made use of the bar and restaurant multiple times a day and they were great. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Dubrovnik. Ubers came outside our hotel within seconds and it was only a short drive to old town.

The location was perfect in terms of walking to and from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. We had no issue finding the hotel coming back at night and felt completely safe. It might be hard to find parking but we did not have or need one of those. The Hotel was charming with grapes growing overhead and many of the items at breakfast were homemade. The rooms were spacious and we not issue with the wifi.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town. Staff courteous and helpful. We were give an upgrade on our room and due to current Covid climate paid a fraction of normal rate for B&B - breakfast was tasty and off restaurant menu.. The attached restaurant serves high quality food at very reasonable prices...wine a tad overpriced but this is Dubrovnik Table on the rooftop terrace is a must.

This little hotel is a gem - a beautiful old palace in the heart of the old town that has been renovated to a really high standard and is really comfortable. Our room also had a very nice bathroom with fabulous walk-in shower. The owner Mirela was so friendly and communicative, with lots of useful tips and always happy to help with booking restaurants etc.

Very good location and short walking distance (7 min) from old town Dubrovnik. One of the small luxury hotels of the world and very private with only 13 rooms and valet parking. One of a kind breakfast specially at the terrace with view over Lokrum Island and Old Town. Staff always very kind and available to help.

Iva is the nicest and the best hostes we ever had! The accommodation was everything we expected, and the location is perfect - a 15 min walk from the Old Town, but it is also possible to take the bus across the street that will take you anywhere. We would definitely go back here next time we visit Dubrovnik.

Great choice in the heart of historic Dubrovnik. Our room was spacious and super clean with a comfy bed. The best surprise was that even for being in the Old Town, the room was really quiet. The host was very responsive and helped arrange for an airport transfer. I'll happily stay here again.

Our room had a fantastic sea view and was very spacious. The resort itself was beautiful and had several pools and areas for relaxation. The location of this hotel is also great as it is situated in a quieter area of Dubrovnik, but it is also very easy to get into the old town by bus or taxi.

This is a luxurious hotel with incredible views of Dubrovnik. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms are lovely. We had a problem with the A/C one night and they moved us to a new room without a problem. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the proximity to the old town.

Very nice hotel, good location only 2.5km away from Old Town and 1km away was nearest beach. Staff was polite and everything was clean. The bed was very very comfortable it felt like a 5 star hotel. Also huge balcony and toilet. Breakfast was good and plenty of food to choose.

Third Time visiting Dubrovnik and this is the nicest hotel so far. Rooms are great. The views are amazing!! Staff are friendly and really take care of you. Loved the location - very close to everything. Short walk to the beach, lapad and short uber trip to Old Town.

Beautiful location right in heart of old town and central to everything. Lovely staff, beautiful and very clean room. Great breakfast and meal recommendations We loved every minute of the hotel and Dubrovnik itself. We will be visiting again 😊

Everything about this Hotel is top notch, location only a ten minute bus ride to Old town. Facilities everything thing you need when on holiday staff very accommodating. I will be staying here again when I’m next in Dubrovnik.

Host very friendly and helping on finding a good parking spot (in Dubrovnik they are very expensive). Apartment very clean and very near the old town (50m to entrance)

The property is modern, pleasant and clean and the location is excellent in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik. Breakfasts included at the Arsenal are fantastic.

Better than expected! There's a strip of restaurants & bars outside of the hotel and the beach is only meters away! Perfect location, clean, and the staff were nice and helpful! I'd highly recommend! Can't forget how great the buffet of breakfast was!! :)
