The hotel was lovely. We checked in and were able to upgrade our room to a water view, which was stunning (our first room, which was on the street side, was dark) The breakfast was superb and included a gluten free section which was perfect for my spouse who has celiac disease. The pool area was right next to the sea with options for swimming in either spot. It was gorgeous. The location was about an 8 minute walk to the old town of Dubrovnik making the hotel’s location a perfect spot. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I liked everything: strategic location (right in the heart of the old town and not too many steps to arrive), decoration (very delicate & cozy), big/ spacious room with natural light and a very nice view, the room and the place were super clean and Mirela and the staff of the hotel were super helpful, they provided many recommendations about where to go, where to eat and also Mirela meet me at Pile Gate to help me with my luggage and guide me to the hotel. I loved this place and I definitely recommend it!

The location of the property is ideal. Around a 300m walk to the closest beach, which I think had one of the best views of all the beaches I visited in the area. Like most beaches in Dubrovnik, its not a sandy beach though. 20min walk to old town was easy. The room was nice and has everything you need including a washing machine and cooker. Very quiet. The host was also very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely be my first choice of accommodation when returning.

We loved it so much that we cancelled another hotel to come back to Villa Orabelle for an extra night at the end of our holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and we had a great view on both occasions. The infinity pool was amazing. The location is perfect. The hotel offers free parking and is within comfortable walking distance to the old town of Dubrovnik. The breakfast options were extensive, always fresh and delicious.

Very well located inside the Old Town of Dubrovnik. There are "some" stairs but you can do much worse if you book further up. The staff was friendly and nice. The Hotel is beautiful and has a very smart restaurant onsite. The views from the top floor and terrace are really wonderful. The room was large and very bright. There is tea / coffee in the room. I had breakfast which was also amazing - very high quality food and service.

We had a nice stay in the hotel. It was constructed very recently. A bus to old Town Dubrovnik is a short distance from the hotel. It runs every 6 to 10 minutes. Cost one way bus ticket is 15 Kunes. Parking at the hotel is between 50 and 100 Kune's per night depending on the season. They even had fridges, faceclothes, robes and bathsized towels and slippers. A grocery store is by the bustop. Good breakfast and very spacious rooms. A treat.

One of the best locations you can find in Dubrovnik. Just minutes from Banje Beach a public beach just outside the old city. The apartment is very clean and large. It had a beautiful view of the waterfront and the Walls of Dubrovnik. The host was very friendly and helpful in recommending a local grocery market. Washing machine, A/C and full kitchen fully functional. 10 minute walk to the old town. Everything very close and convenient.

The Vukosav family made me feel like a welcome guest in their home. Located short walk from Sunset Beach and supermarket. Bus stop almost at door. I arrived travel weary and enjoyed quiet time under their leafy arbour away from tourist hordes. It wasn't promoted as a 5 star hotel, and it wasn't. But what it was was a comfortable home away from home. My photos are of the local beach rather than the Old Town of Dubrovnik.

Friendly staff , excellent location quieter area and more reasonably priced than Dubrovnik town. The bus to the old town pulls up every 20 minutes on the front of the hotel and costs about £1.80 to get to town. The hotel has a private beach 🏝 what more could you want ? Rooms are dated but for a 3 star what more could you want ? They are cleaned daily: Very happy with our stay at hotel Vis

Hotel with an excellent breakfast (large variety of food and everything was delicious), very good location (can get to Old town of Dubrovnik just by bus Nr. 4 in 15 minutes or walking to in approx. 50 min). The room was clean, cozy with comfortable furnicure and balcony. I strongly recommend this hotel! If I'm coming again to Dubrovnik, will definetely stay here again.

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik! The room and restaurant were beautiful. Vinko welcomed us to the hotel, checked us in early, and was very helpful with suggestions on what to visit and where to eat throughout our stay. All staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also very well located within the Old Town and easy access to the beach.

If you’d rather be close to the old town, while a bit further from the late night noises, it is the best you’r looking for. The apartment was so clean and everything is within walking distance to you. Besides there is no steps on the way to the apartment (in Dubrovnik its a vintage point) and you just have to climb the apartment steps.

A fabulous hotel with super facilities - restaurants, spa, gym, bars, pools. Stunning location that felt so private, yet a short distance to beaches, Dubrovnik old town etc. Excellent staff and service. Fabulous breakfast choice and quality of food in restaurants was just great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from beginning to end.

Outstanding a la carte breakfast. Charming modern boutique hotel inside a former 16th century palace on a lovely square in the heart of the walled city of Old Town Dubrovnik. Staff was eager to be helpful and well versed in the history of the Pucic Palace and the town.

The location of the hostel is just amazing. In the middle of the old town. Everything is just there for you. And then the owners are just the best! Wow! It felt like I got a family away from my family while I was in Dubrovnik. Looooved it!

Hotel is located in a good part of Dubrovnik. Our favorite Bellevue beach is only 5 minutes by walk, old town 20 minutes. Hotel is clean, breakfast is delicious. There is private parking area beside the hotel. Highly recommended! :)
