The hotel has a great access to Nusa Dua's white-sand beach and the hotel's swimming pools are great for families with kids! The hotel rooms are relatively spacious and hotel staff are warm and courteous. We signed up for the Club Deluxe rooms and got the great room views facing the Grand Club and its garden area. The hotel may be a little old now, but it hasn't lost its charm given its lush Balinese gardens - unlike other new hotels in the area which are mostly built with too flashy solid bricks and marbles.

Like all hotels is Nusa Dua big, crowded and expensive. The location is close to Bali Collection were a lot of shops and restaurants. Beachfront restaurant has a nice view and a bay and local surf spot. A surf spot is also nearby. Be ready what swimming in the see will be possible only during the limited time because of low tide. Probably the best gym that I have seen in the area but still could be much better. Nice idea with outside gym park but again the quality of the bars is very poor.

Outstanding property with one of the best gardens I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It’s a superbly designed hotel with outstanding staff. It’s my second time that I’ve stayed there and it was brilliant, we had the room with the plunge pool which is one of the main reasons that we pick the Sofitel. We’ve tried the brunch they had which was great, also the restaurant Cucina was brilliant for dinner. The Wagyu sirloin was delicious so was the rib eye.

Loved the locations and pools. The beach areas was very clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The restaurant down stairs had very meals, highly recommend. The food we ordered at the pool was amazing as well. I really liked how they had the little market stalls in the morning and afternoon, we found some really nice souvenirs. Bali Collection is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so that was an extra bonus.

Really everything, breakfast was super good and fully al la cart, staff mega friendly and the private hotel beach (needs a 10 min walk on side road to get there) was in a great spot at the super long public beach. The private pool in our Villa was perfect too! If you play golf you will like the nearby Bali national golf club a lot. It’s a 5 Min Drive. The hotel offers free shuttles To nearby restaurants!

Amazing staff, beautifully landscaped resort, stunning swimming pool and high quality food served throughout the day! Easily the best Hotel Ive experienced in Bali to date. I highly recommend this Hotel to those looking for an escape to Paradise!. The Health & Safety measures implemented onsite ensured all guests enjoyed the full experience on offer.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Grand Bali was one of the only hotels I’ve come across that allowed me to check in 4 hours before the official check in time. The food was good and portions are larger than expected. The room was plenty big and luxurious with a rustic vibe. Toiletries all included. Very worth the price I paid.

The biggest positive surprise that you cannot understand from reading different hotel descriptions was amount of trees and grass (instead of stone and sand) that made feeling of high temperature at Bali not so hot as in other hotels (stayed at 4 more at that trip)

We stayed here already a few times, and for us it is the location that mattered first of all: close to a few places in Nusa Dua we needed to visit, and what we also liked that they discounted the room rates again, after Bali opened for tourists.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali.

The location on the beach was perfect. The landscaping was amazing. The temple on the property was inspiring. the food was delicious. I’ve nicknamed this resort “Hotel Heaven!”

Best place to stay in bali with a superb service!

This is first time I stayed at The Miracle Villa Nusa Dua Bali with my all family. It was exactly the same with my expectations based on the reviews and pictures on the apps. The room was cleaned, big size & comfortable, the swimming pool was very cleaned and quite big as well. The staff are really friendly and helpful us a lot. Their service is very good and so polite with the guests. Especially, I got free airport transfer from the manager directly for the last day. Exactly will come back to when I visited Bali next time and really recommended this Villa. Best place for family or couple to stay. Thanks The Miracle Villa Nusa Dua Bali.

Nice modern and fresh hotel right at the beach, good beach walk to Nusa Dua main areas, great and delicious breakfast location by the beach (low season), good wifi, very kind staff, free pick up/drop offs with the 4-night booking, free beers for the long stay booking - highly appreciated. Good place to stay if you like the water sports - the Benoa area is all about that. The terrace overlooking the sea is really a great bonus! Thank you!
