We had a wonderful experience at BNDH from start to finish. The staff were extremely attentive, with friendly, caring and personalized attention, in particular Gede and his team, and some great staff including Pendy, Bagus, and Reza to name a few. From the very start we felt like valued and respected guests, all the way until the end, when they gave us flexible check-out, and a place to wash up fromthe beach before catching our evening flight. The rooms were stunning, we had the basic room and it was huge, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, with a huge window terrace and nice balcony it opened onto. The pool was nice, very shaded, which was great for us as we needed to shelter from the sun and cool off. For sun, we could head to the beach club, where sun beds and umbrellas were offered for both shade and tan. The beaches were so nice, very clean, not too busy in December, the waterblow is super cool, surfing was great (although make sure you have sunscreen). The hotel is quite secluded, in typical resort style, but we could walk easily to shops and restaurants and the beach, and there was a shuttle to the mengiat beach. Breakfast was excellent, great food selection, with plenty variation for each day. Very decently priced given the quality of service, obviously you can find price variation in Bali, from cheaper homestays, but for the high quality and value, this hotel was worth it for us and we were delighted to celebrate our anniversary there.
