Located in Troia, this 5-star hotel has a unique design and faces the Sado River Estuary. It features a casino, a spa and 2 outdoor swimming pools. Bed was super comfortable, and the view from the hotel room was amazing. I liked the detail of having portuguese products in the bathroom, as shampoo soap lotion and conditioner.

I am going to Aqualuz-Troia every year since 2014 and this time I found amazing the effort all staff is making to receive the guests so well under these special COVID-circumstances. Aqualuz is located among white sandy beaches bathed by the Atlantic Ocean on the Tróia Peninsula. Set in a modern high-rise, it features tennis courts, nearby golfing facilities and two swimming... Great location - just a short walk to amazing beach which was beautiful and very quiet. The pool in the apartment complex was great and very relaxing. There is a very well stocked supermarket a couple of minutes walk from the apartment - although prices are quite high. We stocked up in Setubal before crossing on the ferry. A decent enough selection of restaurants - while we were there in July there were some great street food outlets. After we checked out the staff were very happy to let us stay by the pool for a few hours as our flight wasn't until later in the day.

The location was right by a very nice and quiet beach, and only a ~15 minute drive from Comporta. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and facilities were quality. Highly recommend.

The location and the environment around the house it superb. It is very peaceful and it is close by a lot of services such as pharmacy or supermarket. The white sand beach is also a 10min walk distance. Troia is beautiful.
