Really big spacious room, with comfortable beds and great air con. Great location (5 mins from Universal and 20 mins from Disney). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Ample parking (off road). We had pizza delivered to the room from the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and arrived quickly. WiFi was high speed and good coverage, big TV. We stayed on the 14th floor and it was a cool view of Orlando and the fireworks in the Disney parks at night! Express check out was so convenient, just had to text the hotel and you're done!

The main benefit of this resort is the localization for people who come mainly to Disney World Parks. It is very near Disney World and this is a very big plus. The resort stays besides an outlet (Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores), which has very good prices and good stores, even if not so many stores as the bigger outlets in Orlando. The nearness of the Walmart Supercenter at Vineland road is also a plus. Apart from localization, the big space of the rooms, which include full kitchens and separate bedrooms is also very good.

The hotel re-opened the day before we arrived. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The prices from room rates to food and drinks were very reasonable. The hotel was clean, had a nice outdoor restaurant/bar. The Venetian Chop House was so good, we went both nights. The pool had been completely redone in the time that the hotel was closed due to Covid. I've lived in Florida for 30 years and had never heard of the Caribe Royale, but it is a hidden gem! Perfect for a weekend getaway!

The staff was very helpful and my check in was very quick. I had considerable luggage from having been in Florida for over a week and was returning home to Idaho early in the morning. I now see the benefit of DROPPING off the rental car and staying in a hotel near the Orlando airport. The Country Inn Suites driver was so helpful dropping me off right in front of the airline curbside porters so I could check my bags in easily. Thank you.

Location and Value are the key points for this property. It's located less than 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World resort area and about 18-20 minutes to Universal Studios Florida - there wasn't much traffic as it was just the start of spring break season. Having booked it within less than a month to my check-in date the value was excellent when compared to similar options (Airbnbs or Hotels offering kitchenette apartments).

My wife and I stayed at the Park plaza over the weekend of the art fest. We both enjoyed the location of the hotel as well as the staff. The room was spacious and comfortable and definitely has that old Florida charm to it. Jackie at the front desk was amazing while checking in she gave us some ideas for sites to see as well as places to eat in the area. We will definitely be staying at the Plaza again.

The hotel is in a great location on International Drive. There is a fantastic, regular bus service to Universal city walk and the parks and also Volcano Bay. The hotel is clean and modern and staff very friendly. Lots of charging points inside the rooms. Grab and go restaurant offers a good selection. Onsite shop also has a good selection of Universal merchandise.

I am beyond satisfied with my stay. I have stayed in many “cheap hotels” before and this one by far was the best one. I came from Georgia where all the hotels are dirty stinky horrible etc. I was so surprised to see the room there in Florida it was so nice and peaceful. Super clean and the room smelled so good! The location was great too!

Friendly, helpful staff, have a shuttle to/from Universal back to the hotel (just need to check the schedule). Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus stops on international drive. Shop and restaurant available in the hotel lobby. Had a problem with hot water and it was sorted very fast.

It has two daily transportations to Universal and Disney World but must be booked one day in advance. Within walking distance to Universal (if you find the way). Within walking distance to the central pick-up (Rosen inn) for major day tours in Orlando and Florida.

The lobby looked nice. It is an attractive building until you get to your room. The pool liked nice from the window. This hotel is easy to find from the highway. It is also close to Universal studios although there is much in the building to advertise Disney.

Wonderful stay, love the resort and will return. Overall our trip to Universal Studios Florida was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the water taxi service to city walk. Unlimited express pass is included for each person in your party staying at the hotel.

The room was very nice and clean and spacious with a excellent view of the pool, If we needed anything we called the front desk and it was taken care of immediately, This is our new hotel when visiting Orlando Florida,

Hotel location was convenient and loved that it was part of the Florida Mall. Room was nice; however, the sink would not drain very well. I did not report it as we only stayed for one night.

Its a generic resort hotel that has just about all that you need. A very nice view of the lake. Universal and Disney both 15-mins away. The premium outlet was literally a 2-min walk.

Great located hotel to visit parks: just 15 minutes to Disney’s and 25 - to Universal’s Comfortable room on the 1-st floor where we can park our car close to our door.
