Free WiFi is accessible throughout, and parking is available near to the property. 100% recommendation. Absolutely brilliant value for money. Very clean and cozy room. Can‘t say anything about food as we had no breakfast. Will come back here on my next stay in Birmingham

In the mornings, the Holiday Inn Express provides continental breakfast with cooked/warm ingredients, in the stylish Great Room. This is open daily and serves a wide range of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, along with light snacks. I liked this hotel. It was very clean and modern. The room was bigger than the similar hotel which had the same price. Staffs were kindly and helpful. Everything was perfect. Especially breakfast was very good. It was classical English breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, too. I walked to city center in almost ten minutes.

Bespoke cocktails are made by expert mixologists in the bar and there is also an on-site 24-hour fitness centre. There is also free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Wasn't Happy that Housekeeping started cleaning my room before I had checked out

Candlelit and scented with aromatherapy oils, the on-site spa has an indoor pool (children under 18 are not permitted in the pool) and a range of treatment rooms. There is also a fitness centre. Guests can also relax in the on-site bar, which offers a selection of signature champagne cocktails. I loved everything about the hotel. From start to finish i had no complaints. Location is amazing! Everything is right on your doorstep. Highly recommend the breakfast. 10/10!

Just 10 minutes walk from The Bullring Shopping Centre, this elegant and modern hotel features rooms with Egyptian linen, plasma-screen TVs and free WiFi. There is an idyllic hidden courtyard, a French bistro, and a relaxing spa. I arrived somewhat early but was able to check in immediately and upgraded to a lovely room, Bollinger. Both these events were greatly appreciated. Decided to spend from 6pm relaxing in room, as I had eaten earlier. Breakfast was splendid and was included in room rate.

The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable! It's located really well for a nice walk to the mall or to any restaurant. The breakfast was nice and well timed, even for a night owl like myself!
