OMNEST is located in Edapally near Amritha Hospital, 5.6 km from St. Francis Church Kochi and 6.8 km from Rainbow Bridge Ernakulam. The rooms are equipped with a TV. These people offer epic customer service. I needed to get my computer serviced locally but ran out of time to get it there before my trip, the hotel manager stepped in and said he would take it. He offered to take it free of charge about 15km by his bike! I demanded that he take a taxi and paid him for the fare back and forth, I tried to give him more than the fare and he refused. The place has a good energy in it and I think it comes from this kind of selflessness. I would never expect this kind of treatment from them, but my God they are wonderful enough to offer. The location is clean and well taken care of, efficient and ideal for travelers of all kinds, including business people, those who just need comfortable place to stay for a few days, families, all types. Holiday Inn is just 5 km from the cosmopolitan city centre of Cochin. It houses 5 dining options, an outdoor pool and a gym. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the hotel. This is the best Hotel we have stayed in India so far from our multiple trips to india. The staff in here is so friendly and well mannered. The rooms are so clean and tidy. Everyday they clean the room. Food in this place is heavenly. We really love the food we had during our stay. Big thanks to the chefs for making our stay so comfortable with the delicious food.
