The manager was so friendly and helpful and couldn’t be more welcoming to us. The rooms were so clean and everything we needed was there. The social distancing measures and cleanliness was outstanding. Thank you so much Savman Homes for going above and beyond to make us feel safe during these strange times we’re in felt like we had a little bit of normality back in our lives.

The holiday home includes 4 bedrooms and a living room with a flat-screen TV. Every detail is on point litrally the best stay iv ever had. From the moment we walked in we were gob soaked on how the house is maintained better then any hotel iv stayed in. Beds were super comfy. Extra pillows provided. Sofa was a sofa bed. We like to chill so we had it open fpr the duration. And we got the blankets and chilled watched netflix. While the Mrs dissapeared to the bathroom for almost 2 hours! She heard jacuzzi and she was right in there didn't hear from her again. Had peace of quiet 🤫 lol. Until she asked me for a towel 🙄 but honestly stay was pwrfect. Shops close by corner shop. Less thena 20 second walk. House clean, tidy. Ans the kitchen was spotless. Good smoking area at the rear of the property. Always good. Waqas is a fantastic and great host. Really can't look forward to stay again

Set 10 km from University of Birmingham, the property offers a garden and free private parking. The house is big and great for a family of 6. We all have our own beds and we didn't feel too crowded. It's also good that there's 2 bathrooms in the house, so we weren't in a hurry to shower. It's in a quiet neighborhood, so we had a relaxed time away from the noise. There's a park nearby and the kids had a fun afternoon playing and walking around. The house itself is spotless and had everything we needed. It's very easy to collect keys and the host was always available when we have questions. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely come back!
