I mean, it's lovely house and Natali is really nice and kind. Even thought it's not right in the centre but you'd walk to town and it takes only 20-30min. She could provide you a day tour and the transportation from Irkutsk as well. Also, the view from her house is beautiful.

The hosts are very friendly and super helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable, the balcony has a good view. The breakfast and dinner served are exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse.
Host is very helpful. Helped us to arrange for the island tour on the day before. Helped us to arrange for the bus back to Irkutsk to pick us up from the guesthouse directly too.
They made changes to the breakfast and dinner for my two nights stay. Need to pre-order the dinner, else, you may settle your dinner at the restaurants/cafe nearby the guesthouse. The room was well heated. Shaman rock is within walking distance from the guesthouse. We booked our day excursion through them. The island is very quiet and peaceful, regret not to allocate more days in this island.

Ira is a great host! She also offers taxi service (300 rub) from and to the city centre. Location: great view on the lake Baikal and the mountains! Good beds Shower also available for 100 rub. Awesome banya (350 rub) and even with birch branch (веник/venik for 100 rub). Cute cat!
Dasha and Lera are great hosts. They replied the email quickly and helped me whenever I asked something. The facility is great and not far from Burkhan. Great location! Especially, I really recommend to eat the breakfast and the dinner in the cafe. The best chef is there!! Thanks for comfy and peaceful stay.
