AB Hostel

Ochota, Warsaw

Centrally located by the Zawisza Square in Warsaw, AB Hostel offers rooms inspired by celebrities from the 20s and 30s of the 20th century. Free WiFi access is provided throughout the hostel.

Each room at the hostel features an individual theme. Guests are provided with free towels. There is a shared kitchen available to guests, where they can enjoy free tea, coffee, milk and breakfast cereal. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge and it is possible to store luggage on site. One of the best hostels I ever stayed in, because they offer things other hostels don't offer and it felt more like a hotel+cozy home 1. An extra pillow and an extra blanket! Both are so cozy and the extra blanket is like those snuggle blankets you wear on the couch 2. A towel 3. Shampoo/body wash gel 4. A computer desk in the room Too many other great things to add but I'll leave those for you to discover on your own!

Lull Hostel

Praga Poludnie, Warsaw

Lull Hostel is located in one of Warsaw's central districts, Saska Kępa, in the vicinity of Warsaw National Stadium and 3.4 km from the Copernicus Science Centre. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Everything! The location is not too far from the city center with the tram but also if you feel like walking (or missed the last bus/tram) it’s very ok to do it. The room we got was very spacious and clean, super nice to have our friends next to our room and share the same bathroom. Lots of nice suggestions for places to go to, the Vegan Ramen place was very good! I really recommend the place, it’s been a pleasure.

Hostels. What are they?

Way more than just a cheap place to sleep, hostels are a social way to travel and meet like-minded people. Common areas like shared kitchens or games rooms are great ways to swap tips, tricks and travel stories with backpackers from all over the world.

Hostels have come a long, long way since the first youth hostel opened in 1912. From budget 'crash-pads' to five-star 'poshtels', today, hostels are for everybody, so whether you'd prefer a bed in a shared dorm or your own private room, you'll find most hostels are cheaper than a local hotel and far more fun.
