Well mannered and highly friendly staff especially the waiters around spectrum restaurant. Ali, irfan Hassan, Hamza and the rest. We liked to so much that we extended our stay here for two more days. Lovely place quiet and clean. Reception staff can learn more from waiters when it comes to looking after guests. Little uplift attitude makes a lot of difference. Pool and private beach is exceptionally well cleaned and looked after. Staff and management are on top of covid rules and regulations kudus to them for keeping all under control.

Despite our conscious efforts to remember names, we only managed to recall one that stood out in particular: Victor that was serving the Italian restaurant side of the breakfast was outstanding! Didn’t stop smiling despite some very (if not overly) demanding guests around! Meeting Victor was the point where we acknowledged that the level of service is not just on par, but higher than the level of some of the best standalone restaurants in Dubai and DIFC! Well done sir and keep smiling!
