United Arab EmiratesGrand Cosmopolitan is spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you need in a hotel is there. I got a free upgrade. I stayed for my birthday. The staff even got me a cake! The teams are unique and very professional. They go that extra mile to help you . I will be going back .

The parking for car holders in B1 and B2 is convenient. Overall impression of cleanliness. Regrets not to have used the fitness center and the spa, but used the pool very pleasant and of acceptable size. Dinner on roof floor pleasant although kitchen remains simple, classy atmosphere. Did not use the shuttle bus to the beach. Convenient walking distance of the Mall of Emirates, and nice restaurants around from all over the world especially the Yemeni next door.

The employees were very careful and have a customer care oriented approach. The location is good, the bed is comfortable (we enjoyed a premium room with king bed) and the room was clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time or recommend it further.

GermanyDuring my stay in Dubai, we were going from hotels to hotels. The grand cosmopolitan was our last and best experience ! Thanks all the staff but specially Nikita who gave us a great suite ! We have a great time there. I highly recommend to stay there At least one night. And you’ll wanna extend for sure ! The quality of the service is great. You have everything there. Gym, sauna, swimming pool you name it. The design and the details (like perfume in the lobby) are very pleasant. I’ll recommend to anyone who visit Dubai. And I will for sure comeback there !
