A good hotel with a very friendly lady at reception. The room was very well cleaned and the room service was extremely good with a delicious curry! We had a wonderful stay and would go back. Thank you for your hospitality.
PortugalLocation is a bit complicated but very close to SZR. Check-in was smooth and I got all the necessary information about the hotel, facilities and offers. A pool area is a nice and you can get 50% discount on the menu if you are ACCOR member. Room is very spacious and comfy, clean and has a shower and a bath. In the hotel, you can find a few restaurants but definitely worth it to visit a 23rd-floor bar with stunning views.

IsraelHotel was nicely located close to the motorway, if you have a car or willing to take taxis is perfect. Not for walking thought. Metro was a bit far, but station was visible fro the hotel. Had big room with huge bed, sea view from the room, with a bit of constructions on a side. All staff was really helpful and lovely. Food tasty, nice and clean swimming pool. Overall hotel is really clean and nice. Went for a nice massage. They also have a hair salon, was happy with my hair trim and blow dry. Gym facilities were nice and clean also.

But most of all - extremely helpful and attentive staff (even for Dubai standard, which is high itself). I am requesting booking. com management to reimburse my amount.
