Corona strikes hard. The hotel was empty and bar was closed. Nevertheless the personnel was really motivated and very nice. Keep up the good work!!
NetherlandsDue to the pandemic, all bookings at the Park Inn was changed to the Radisson Blu. This was a nice upgrade. We were given a nice room with a very big bed and nice view.

GermanyWe had noisy neighbours and after lodging a complaint, we were moved to a new room without hassle. Hotel also has a service whereby you can obtain the bike card for the city, which was very helpful. Very neat hotel!

BelgiumThe hotel is located just 5 minutes from the central train station by walk and 15 minutes from the historic center. The room is a good sized clean. The breakfast is nice, good selection of patisseries, jams, cheese, fruits etc. The staff is kind and helpful.
Czech RepublicThe breakfast was amazing with several smoothies, lots of fresh fruits, toppings for yoghurt, eggs, quiche (!) and good bread and pastries. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean with plenty of light, and a nice bathroom.
BelgiumThe location is great. Next to the central station, 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk, major train/bus/tram stop outside and 5 minutes to the main shopping mall. We had a superior room which was quite large
