A piscina oferece água com temperatura super agradável de dia e, à noite, permanece com água suavemente morna pelas características do solo. Os quartos mantêm excelente padrão de limpeza e não deixam acumular ácaros e fungos, pois são arejados e iluminados também pela luz solar. O imóvel possui condicionadores de ar, tipo split, recém adquiridos. A casa possui amplo jardim com gramado e quintal com várias fruteiras.
