The nature is fantastic. The sea is superb. The view from the swimming pool is gorgeous. The condominium is calm and the garden is very pleasant. We are near Paraty which is wonderfull colonial village.

A Angra Dream House - Casa Triplex oferece aos hóspedes três confortáveis suítes, todas com ar condicionado. A casa é espaçosa e arejada, com vista para o mar, toda equipada com utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários para uma confortável estadia. O condomínio é familiar, tem apenas 14 casas e possui churrasqueira, sauna, dois decks para acesso ao mar, um lindo jardim e estacionamento. Possui toda estrutura necessária para o lazer completo de sua família. Está localizado em uma Península, dessa forma é todo rodeado pelo mar, o que torna o local um verdadeiro paraíso.
Olá me chamo Sarita, tenho 34 anos, amo Angra dos Reis e tenho prazer em proporcionar aos meus queridos hóspedes uma estadia incrível pois o local é verdadeiramente um paraíso. Sejam sempre muito bem vindos à minha propriedade!
O bairro é denominado Ponta Leste, distante 21 km do centro de Angra dos Reis. Uma região de exuberante beleza. Possui mar com águas cristalinas e vegetação nativa. Região pouco habitada, na sua maioria casas e condomínios fechados. Nas proximidades temos a belíssima Praia de Maciéis que fica a 2,1 km da propriedade, tendo acesso por estrada e trilha. A cerca de 2 km temos a praia da Biscaia. Para compras, mercados e padarias, o mais próximo fica cerca de 4 km.
