Ótimo apartamento, na melhor praia de Cabo Frio. Á uma quadra da praia e muito perto dos principais pontos turísticos. O imóvel é ventilado, iluminado, com toda estrutura para acomodar 9 pessoas com conforto. São três quartos, sendo uma suíte. Todos os quartos com ar condicionado. Uma ampla sala ,com dois ventiladores, composta com dois sofás ,uma SmartTv de 40 polegadas , home theater, uma mesa com seis cadeiras . Cozinha equipada com geladeira,fogão, microondas, torradeira, sanduicheira, batedeira, cafeteira e todos os utensílios necessários . Duas varandas com redes de proteção e uma rede para descansar depois de um dia ,com certeza, maravilhoso!! Garagem para dois carros e WIFI
Espero que aproveitem ao máximo as maravilhas desse nosso Paraíso e sintam-se em casa!! Estarei sempre a disposição para tirar qualquer dúvida! Sejam bem Vindos
O bairro é tranquilo e com um comércio bem variado com padaria, supermercados .farmácia,Lojas Americanas, restaurantes, Casa e Vídeo e muito mais. Você terá muito o que fazer em Cabo Frio que além das praias belíssimas, você encontra na orla os animados Quiosques, a praça de Skat, o Museu do Surf e o Mercado de Artesanatos. Além de poder conhecer as praias de Arraial do Cabo que fica bem próximo de Cabo Frio. Temos também o Shopping Park Lagos.O apartamento está muito bem localizado, tendo tudo perto e assim podendo fazer tudo a pé, sem tirar o seu carro da garagem.
