The Porto de Iracema Residence has various similar apartments and some are taken a bit better care of, some a bit less but all in all they are a lot of fun to stay in. The location of the residence is perfect and a lot of restaurants, shops and nightlife are all within walking distance. For everything else you've got Uber. Since it's a gated community there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Even the area outside of it is pretty secure and it's perfectly safe to walk around and discover the nearby night markets.

IMPORTANTE per il C0MSUMO ENERGETICO e dell'ACQUA - Tasse ed Energia sono incluse fino ad un consumo giornaliero di 12 Kw al giorno (consumo normale - 10 Reais) l'eccedenza di consumo sarà calcolata separatamente per 0,89 Reais/Kw. Per Favore uscendo dall'appartamento spegnete le luci e l'aria condizionata. Per favore, risparmiate l'ACQUA, uscendo dall'appartamento controllate la chiusura dei rubinetti ed eventuali perdite. Fortaleza soffre di carenza idrica e l'uso esagerato di acqua può determinarne la mancanza.
