Facilidade em abandonar o carro e caminhar pelo Centro Histórico durante todo o dia. Próximo a padarias , mercados e praça da Liberdade. O romance e história do Séc. XIX e império estão no ar. Subidas nas montanhas do entorno para os mais dispostos. Peço sempre que se evite ruídos após as 22.00h.
Sou médica e atuo na cidade há mais de 30 anos, descobri o prazer de receber meus hóspedes e fazer grandes amigos.Faço locação por temporadas há mais de 5 anos e sinto grande prazer nisso. Sou Super Host em outro site estrangeiro. Falo ingles e espanhol para os hóspedes estrangeiros que vierem. Estarei sempre disposta, caso haja necessidade de ajudar no que puder com informações e dicas.
O ar puro e segurança são os pontos fortes desse bairro e a tranquilidade do lugar é o que mais encanta a todos. Os porteiros fazem questão de bem receber com informações e extrema educação, ótimas pessoas. Um bairro central com características ímpares de charme.
