Beautiful decor, clean and well organised hotel from A to Z. The funkiest hand santizing dispenser I have ever seen on reception. The staff were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable ( they shared more information than we even asked for) smiled alot and very friendly. I loved the breakfast room and the buffet was lovely.
United KingdomThe hotel was close to the city center but the area was calm. The receptionists were so friendly and nice, the service was out of this world, amazing. We would definitely go back again.
BulgariaThe hotel is in perfect location to all the main sightseeing spots of Prague. Also the next train Station is just around the corner. The hotel is very chic and unique designed. The breakfast was very rich and they gave their best for me as a vegan to offer some good things. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were really clean.
Germany+ amazing location + very polite staff but many of them does not speak Czech + very good and rich breakfast + room was very clean + good shower products + there was complimentary bottle of water in the fridge and cofee machine with capsules so you can do your coffee. Nice touch 😊

The staff was very responsive to any little issues, I had. The location is prefect for any type of discovery of your interest in Prague, close to some great museums, synagogues, river promenade, Wenceslas Sq and some very nice restaurants and Cafes. Highly recommended place

AustriaGreat location, hotel and the staff were wonderful. sadly no breakfast was available due to the reduce number of patrons following Corona. However, other than this it was an excellent stay and the hotel has a really good feel.
United KingdomOur reservation didn't have breakfast included but we have great feedback from the Leonard chain in other cities. The hotel has a very nice and cool atmosphere, with a Vietnamese restaurant directed linked to the reception. On contrary to other hotels in europe, bathroom toiletries were available (shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer and soap) instead of body and head wash only.
