QatarIt was a very nice apartment in a very nice building. I also have been in the other structure by City Aparte and I have to say there’s no comparison with any other place. This one is really the best solution in Gronau by far. And I can say that because I literally have been in all the hotels, residences, b&b. Completely new, the apartments have large balconies and spaces, wonderful forniture and decors, great bathroom (especially the shower). Very nice.

Diese sind hell und großzügig geschnitten und mit modernen Möbeln in freundlichen Farben eingerichtet. Alle Wohnungen sind barrierefrei und jedes Geschoss kann bequem mit dem Aufzug erreicht werden. Die Küche ist mit Herd (2 Ceranfeldern), Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Gläsern Besteck, Töpfe, Pfanne ausgestattet. Die modernen Bäder sind mit Dusche, WC und Haartrockner und viel Abstellfläche ersehen. Extras: in den 2-Raum-Appartements befindet sich in den Schlafzimmern jeweils ein zusätzliches Wand-TV Gerät. Die Sonne genießen Sie auf dem zu jedem Apartment gehörigen Balkon bzw. Terrasse oder Dachterrasse. Ihr Auto können Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts direkt am Haus kostenlos parken. Kostenfreies WLAN ist in allen Appartements im „City-Apparte“ verfügbar. Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen Entgelt (Münzgeräte) im Wirtschaftsraum im Keller. Keine Haustiere erlaubt!
Seit 2019 Jahr führen mein Mann und ich unser Stadt-Appartementhaus mit 8 gemütlichen Appartements. Wir führen unser Appartementhaus neben unseren hauptberuflichen Tätigkeiten, mein Mann in der Baubranche und ich im Hotelbereich aus. Zu unserer "kleinen Familie" gehören unsere 3 Töchter Hanna, Marie und Lynn. Unterstützt werden wir von unseren "Putzfeen" Anke & Viktoria Wir freuen uns auf nette und interessante Gäste aus aller Welt.
Sie befinden sich direkt in der "City" und können zu Fuß das Rock`n Popmuseum, Krankenhaus, Stadtpark, Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Wochenmarkt ohne weiteres erreichen. In ein paar Fahrminuten haben Sie die niederländische Grenze erreicht, sowie das Naturerholungsgebiet "Dreiländersee".
