Host Information
Anfang 2016 komplett renovierte und neu eingerichtete Wohnung in Köln Ehrenfeld. Kingsize-Bett (180x200 cm), neues Badezimmer, Küche mit Mikrowellen-Grill und Kaffeemaschine mit Milchschaumdüse für einen leckeren Cappuccino am Morgen. In der 32. Etage könnt ihr den großen Swimmingpool (inkl.) mit herrlichem Blick über Köln und eine finnische Sauna (ca. 1,50 EUR) genießen. Ein Partyraum kann zusätzlich gebucht werden. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsbalkon bzw. auf mehreren Etagen auch große Balkone auf denen ihr den Blick über Köln genießen (bzw. rauchen) könnt.
Ich wohne zwei Straßen weiter und stehe für Fragen oder bei Problemen zur Verfügung.
Das Haus steht in Köln Ehrenfeld direkt am Beginn der Innenstadt an Kölns größtem Innenstadtpark. Die wichtigsten Dinge können jederzeit im hauseigenem Kiosk besorgt werden. Die nächste U-Bahnhaltestelle (Gutenbergstraße, Linie 5) ist drei Gehminuten entfernt; der nächste Bahnhof (Köln West) ca. 10 Gehminuten. Für Autofahrer ist das Haus über die A57 und die Innere Kanalstraße leicht und schnell erreichbar. Vor dem Haus sind die öffentlichen Parkplätze gebührenpflichtig.
