The hotel is a part of Ostbahnhof, so very good rail connections. There is a bus terminal outside the hotel. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic there wasn't the normal hot buffet breakfast, but the cold buffet was excellent and the standard of hygiene was superb, all the ingredients were individually shrink-wrapped. Hand cleansing station and disposable gloves were available. Rooms were not being daily cleaned, but extra towels etc would be supplied upon request. Very comfortable bed. All was explained upon arrival. Very helpful and friendly staff. I am planning to return next year

Location is fabulous, located in the station from Schonefeld airport within easy access of local sights and party bar areas. NetherlandsThe property is right next door to Ostbahnhof S train & there is also a bus stop across the road from a bus stop. The Mercedes Benz arena is a 15 min walk away or you can get the bus to practically outside with the East Side Mall nearby. The hotel itself is bright, clean, roomy & better than a lot of 4* hotels I have stayed at. Staff are friendly & helpful. We had an issue with plumbing, we were moved straight away & given a platter of fruit/chocolate/sweets as an apology. Great customer service!
