Hotel is located in a nice area at 10 minutes walk from the city center. Room was cleaned and comfortable. Good breakfast selection at the check-in due to the Covid restriction (no buffet possible)
AustriaWe stayed during Coronavirus in the summer of 2020 and really appreciated that the cleaning staff didn't come in every day. The agreement was that they only came into the room if we asked them to. Room was nice in size and super quiet. Location is excellent!
DenmarkBreakfast was very nice, with lots of healthy options. Most hotels offer just a cold sandwich. It was pleasant to find a warm breakfast at the property.

United KingdomBooked two rooms one for me and my partner and our 9 year old daughter. The other for my 17 and 13 year old, asked for rooms to be adjacent due to the kids ages. The rooms we were given were exceptionally spacious and clean. No complaints at all, if anything above expectations although we were told the only room available for my two older daughters was two floors above. Not an issue for them they were ecstatic..lol. What we didn’t expect was the dripping of water through our ceiling which we noticed after midnight on our first night in the hotel (in our room only) I contacted reception and a very pleasant and courteous lady came to our room to look at the issue and assured me it would be resolved. She advised me that a pipe had burst in the room above but she had isolated the water and mopped up the excess so we should be ok to go back to sleep, about 1:30 am after travelling by car from northern England you can imagine how tired I was at this point.

We found the location good as it wasn’t too far from the centre, but was in a nice quiet neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants and bakeries nearby. The Hansaring train station was only a 15-20 minute walk too making it easy to get to and from the airport.
