Due to corona the options in the breakfast buffet were limited (compared to when I visited the hotel pre-corona). But the staff did an amazing job at accommodating me and preparing a nice continental breakfast with some typical Spanish options (white cheese, ham etc). It was only me and one other guest having breakfast as far as I could tell, and we felt really well taken care of. For 9.50eu the options were really fine! The extra hygiene measurements taken are great and made me feel safe. There were hand gels everywhere, all staff wore their masks and my hotel room was exceptionally clean. Great job!! Good central location from which to discover the rest of the city!
NetherlandsThe staff were amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, and they even gave us a room upgrade to a better view for free. They also answered our questions about what was open and wasn't due to Covid, and offered to help us sort a taxi to the airport (although we had it covered!) Location is also fantastic, right on the main park in Barcelona and around the corner from the picturesque Arc de Triomf. Clean and great aesthetic.
