Staff, especially Rizal and the lady that was working that Sunday 17th Jan, had been very approachable and really helpful.
PhilippinesOur double room was great value for money. We then Stayed in the suite on the 8th floor with the jacuzzi which was a lovely room very spacious lovely balcony and clean. Staff was lovely and helpful . We done 10 days in the hotel and definitely will be back.
United Kingdomvery nice location, you can take the bus/ metro and in 10 min you are downtown, stuff was really friendly and helpful, we didn't try the swimming pool as it was a bit cold on the day we wanted to go, but has amazing view, breakfast was good as well. all worthed!! :)
