Not only were they expecting us at such short notice but were very welcoming despite the late hour. Fabulous hotel for a close to airport hotel - clean and great air con and lovely breakfast. Helpful informed staff. Went for a walk in the morning around locale and had a coffee before heading back to airport for more BA shenanigans....another story!
