Location is excellent, communication with hosts very easy and they provided perfect, very professional “handbook” - instructions for arrival, location etc. For guests who do not know Paris, everything has been made very easy, starting from the airport to reaching the apartment, instructions for check-in and finding everything you need in the neighborhood.

Camallo Paris is a self-catering apartment with free WiFi access, located in the 2nd district in Paris. The property is 350 yards from Opéra Garnier and 1,000 yards from Tuileries Garden.
Designed with a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings, the apartment has a four-poster bed, hardwood flooring and exposed beams. An LCD TV, DVD player and iPod dock are provided, while the bathroom includes a hairdryer.
You can prepare homemade meals in the kitchen using the oven, stove and microwave. A dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine are also provided. You will find many cafes and restaurants nearby.
If you feel like visiting the surroundings, you will find the Opéra-Comique just 350 yards from the property and the Louvre, which is 0.8 miles away. Quatre Septembre Metro Station is only 200 yards away.

The apartment has been recently and finely refurbished but preserves the fascination of the unforgettable "belle époque". The floor and the ceiling are authentic and antique. Old beams, old parquet and logical living designs and amenities create charm and space that feel good and are just plain fun to live in. This 1 bedroom open space – with separated kitchen and luxurious bathroom - is ideal for new life style. Loft living is different: "A loft is open space, and creative use of that space that invites people to arrange things to suit their personal lifestyle and taste". The great part is that the owner decides the use-of-space, not the builder! The location is really wonderful, situated in the 2nd Arrondissement, in the very centre of the "snail" in Paris. Very close to main attractions in Paris (2 minutes from Opera Theatre, 6 minutes from Place Vendome, 10 minutes from Madeleine Square, 15 minutes from Louvre Palais, 20 minutes from Beaubourg, etc) .
We are Carmen - engineer and pretending architect - and Mauro - economist and now social media evangelist. We travel a lot and love vacation rental and home exchange because we like to feel "at home" away from our home. We love beautiful cities like Paris, Venice, Rome and New York and we have invested all our money and energies in buying a property in each of these cities. As we were born not so rich we need to share our homes with tourists to pay off our mortgages.
The 2nd arrondissement is a neighborhood of delightful contrasts. Both gloriously magnificent and quietly eccentric, at times royal and at others revolutionary, you will find a mélange of old-world sophistication and lively everyday modernity. The guidebooks don't address properly the tourist attractions of this district but it's this lacuna that allows a more nuanced and authentic Paris to discover. The Capital of fashion, food, art, music, culture, history is waiting for you! You are only a few steps from great restaurants, cafés, theaters, cinemas and, of course, nightlife. But, if desired, 4 Underground and a RER lines will bring you to everywhere in Paris. The house is in a quiet street that connects two crowded "Boulevards".
