The apartment is new on the 3rd floor with elevator in a small building, it is very bright with an unobstructed view. It is air conditioned, with double glazed windows, with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable shower room and separate toilet. The living room is equipped with a wardrobe-bed, with a true said of 160X190. A removable partition makes it a real 2nd bedroom. The room is equipped with a double bed of 180X200. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. The apartment is 500 meters from the Palais des Festivals. It is close to shops and restaurants. The train and bus station as well as the taxi stand are 250 meters away, as well as two large car parks. We are at your disposal to facilitate your stay in Cannes.
