L'appartement se trouve dans un typique immeuble niçois datant de la deuxième moitié du XIX siècle. Il est situé dans une des rues les plus commerçantes de Nice tout en conservant son calme. Le hall et l'escalier monumental de l'immeuble ont été entièrement refaits et sécurisés en janvier 2018.
Nous avons beaucoup voyagé et nous sommes très attirés par l'autre. Nous savons ce que veut dire être accueilli et souhaitons partagé un peu de notre expérience.
Très proche de musées (Masséna), de palaces (Négresco), de jardins et de la plage, nous sommes au coeur même du Carré d'Or de Nice
