Very comfortable apartment, highly reccomended for families with children. Everything is new and clean, very functional kitchen. Washing machine is a big plus. Underground parking is very useful. Big terrace with table has a great garden view. We even saw some squirrels in the tree tops! Thank you Stepan! We will definitely come back!

Très beau 3 pièces de 54m2, meublé, entièrement refait à neuf (en cours de rénovation !) : nouvelle cuisine, salle de bain, carrelage au sol, peinture, WC… situé dans une résidence de très haut standing avec piscine. Idéale pour les familles, pas pour les groupes d'amis venus faire la fête. Climatisation réversible dans toutes les pièces. Direct propriétaire (pas d’intermédiaires). Adapte personne a mobilité réduite. Son grand plus: 2 grandes terrasses de 10m2 très agréables, dont une avec une vue mer et baie de Cannes et au calme. Centre de Juan les Pins et d’Antibes accessibles à pieds (moins de 15mn de marche). Internet via fibre optique. Wifi gratuit. Grande salle de bain avec douche 170cm*80cm. WC suspendus. Parking privatif dans le sous sol de la résidence. 2 chambres séparées avec grands placards. Terrasse avec vue mer, avec barbecue et une belle table et 6 chaises pour manger dehors. Draps et serviettes non fournis: possibilité de fournir pour la durée du séjour, moyennant un supplément (60eur) Ménage en fin de séjour a faire soi-même: possibilité de prendre une femme de ménage (60eur)

SITUATION A 8mn à pieds : Casino Market. A 10mn à pieds des commerces de Juan les Pins (boulangerie, primeur, boucher). A 15mn a pieds des plages de sable de Juan les Pins. A 15mn a pieds du centre ville d'Antibes (Médiathèque/place de Gaulle). A 20mn a pieds de la gare SNCF de Juan les Pins. Navette pour centre-ville et gare toutes les 1/2h. Aéroport de Nice à 13km. Cannes a 10km. Sophia Antipolis à 10 km. Monaco 45km.
