Though my room (20) was not exactly face on to the sea, when standing/sitting by the window there was a very extensive view of the sea and a beautiful part of the the town. I paid 80 Euros a night, which was quite a lot for single occupancy, though it seemed to be reasonable compared to similar accommodation in Collioure. I'd go back like a shot.
