Easy to locate and get to. Staff wonderful. Just difficult to assess given Covid19 restrictions. Very clean and safe hotel. I would imagine with all the facilities open that it is an exceptional hotel. Knowing the area well and travelling regularly to Birmingham alone on business I will make this my hotel of choice.
