Smart tv also a nice touch. Location was fantastic as only 5 minutes walk everywhere you would want to go. Local shops are great and both owners Chris and Ruth were very welcoming and on hand for anything information we needed. Overall very impressed with the service and apartment its self

A new venture for your hosts Chris and Ruth Gledhill who have both recently retired. They are helped by valued members of staff and other family members.
Property information
Newly built in January 2020 to a high standard , this one bedroom apartment is close to all Blackpool's amenities. Part of a five apartment complex and is situated on the ground floor. Contemporary decor with all new fixtures and fittings. Free parking is available and has a truly fantastic location for Blackpool's Seafront , Tower , Winter Gardens , Theatres and Shopping.
Neighbourhood information
The apartments are situated near to other hotels and Blackpool Tower can be seen clearly from the building. Although very close to all the amenities of Blackpool we are away from the pubs and bars. An ideal spot for all Blackpool has to offer.
