Friendly and efficient staff - any minor faults in room attended too promptly. The imposing building has an interesting cultural history.

United KingdomLove the shower , spacious room , air on that actually works and heating you can control unlike many other hotels l have stayed in where heating and air com is restricted to preset settings . The only reason for one Mark Godwin fir facilities is the television reception which was very poor . Signal kept cutting out up to 30 seconds sometimes . However to be fair l was too tired to get facilities to look at it . I did not report it but it should just work for a high end hotel .
