The reception staff were excellent! Especially when flowered arrived for me. The room was very quiet & has a great kitchen, comfy and TVs in the bedroom and sitting room. The bathroom was a good size too. Very spacious apartment and lots of room to pack away your belongings. Plenty lights throughout. The cleaners were very friendly and did a good job. Unfortunately the spa & pool was shut down 2 hrs after checking in, but I did have a quick peek & it looked fabulous. The staff were helpful & friendly plus both sites looked very clean. Will be returning with partner while he’s working in London very soon.

Spacious & comfortable apartment close to Pimlico tube station in lovely neighbourhood. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Friendly & helpful staff. Tesco very nearby. Sainsburys is not very far away. I staying during lockdown so it's very helpful to be somewhere Uber Eats and Deliveroo can find easily and also a big kitchen I could really cook in.

This has been a great place for me to stay during multiple lockdowns in London. I am a scientist who must travel to train COVID testing labs. Staying here with a nice kitchen and comforts of home has kept me sane! Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower. They even have a little bottle of milk for making a cuppa when you get in. Deliveroo and Uber Eats have no trouble finding it. Really close to the Pimlico Tube stop in a lovely neighbourhood. Tesco is on Lupus st., a good middle eastern grocer next door has nice veg& across the street from them is an Italian shop with a nice array of products to make your cooking interesting. There's a good, large Sainsbury's on Wilton, not far away. I felt at home here. The staff were brilliant & helpful. I will be back!

    There is a basic kitchenette in all the apartments which includes Kettle, Microwave and fridge in it. However, Hob, Oven, Full kitchen and washing machine are always subject to availability

  • can a apt with washing machine be assured if a booking is made today for 5 nights for the June stay? is there subway to the westend ?

  • can a apt with washing machine be assured if a booking is made today for 5 nights for the June stay? is there subway to the westend ?

    Please note that we can update the system with the request of an apartment with washing machine in it once the booking is confirmed. However, it will be subject to availability. Please note that we do have a washing area in the basement which is free to use for the in house guests Pimlico station is 4 minutes walk away from Dolphin House London.

The spa is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please contact the property for detailed opening hours for the spa and gym.

Children can use the swimming pool during set periods.These hours are from 10:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday. There are no restrictions for children to swim at the weekend / bank holidays.

A washing machine and electric hob/oven for apartments are available on request, subject to availability only.

Please note for rates including dinner: 2 courses and a drink (wine, beer or a soft drink) are allocated per person.
