Great place had a great nights sleep the bed was so comfy

Staff are warm and friendly, willing to do everything they could for the guests :) Room was stunning and quirky, comfiest bed in the world (didn't want to leave it!) and was a lovely touch to gift us with a grab bag with loads of breakfast goodies in! Will definitely stay there again!

Covid-19 was taken very seriously and at no point did I feel concerned about hygiene or cleanliness. This will be my new 'go to' when staying in Birmingham.
