Staff very friendly and the apartment was outstanding for size and comfort. Plus the location, excellent for everything!
United KingdomWhile listed as 'apartments' (and they are) we've stayed in a few more expensive hotels around Kensington and in many ways this place was better, just as welcoming, more comfortable and providing the added flexibility and convenience that an apartment offers. Really pleasant staff who seemed genuinely interested in helping. Booking hadn't pass the hotel our need for a bed made up for the kids and this was sorted extremely quickly - and with a smile! The location is excellent and extremely convenient. The comfort of the room and bed were better than expected, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The nice little touches like the milk in the fridge and nespresso capsules were small but really welcome additions. There are cheaper places to stay but in terms of overall value Cheval Harrington Court wins hands down and we wouldn't hesitate on returning.
