  • Good morning. I'm looking at booking for 2 nights, Monday October 18th, departing Wednesday October 20th. Would it be possible to get access to the property prior to 3pm? Just thinking it would be nice to be able to drop off luggage etc earlier in the day? We will arrive in Blackpool at 10am. Thanks

  • can I have 2 mobility scooters in property please

    Hi, Yes we could accommodate 2 small scooters - these would be stored in the communal entrance so Id recommend you book a ground apartment for easy access to them. Please note they would be stored at your own risk but the area is under CCTV coverage.

    Hi, We do supply a bath and hand towel per guest but we do not replenish fresh towels daily, so maybe bring yourselves a couple of towels. Hope this helps.

    It's less than a 5 minute walk! Our apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors have a fabulous view of the Blackpool Tower.

  • hi, do any of your apartments have a walk in shower or are they all over a bath?

    Hello! Our apartments at Heritage House all have a shower over the bath, however, we have apartments at Reads Court, one of our other properties in central Blackpool with walk-in showers.

  • What parking facilities does the property have? Is there enough space for 2 large cars?

    Due to our central location the size of the car park is limited. For larger vehicles we recomend Blackpool Central Public pay and display car park which is less than 50 yards from the apartment.

  • hi can i book this apartment for my family holiday on 10 sept, were 6 adult and 2 children thank you.

    We do currently have 1 apartment available on 10th September! It is still on sale though, and our last apartment in a busy weekend of fireworks and illuminations, so I'd book it now to avoid disappointment :)

  • I can't find details about the apartments. What's the difference between the 2 bed apartment at £340 and the 2 bed apartment at £286?

    Hi. Prices vary according to time of year and availability. The ground floor apartments tend to be slightly lower priced as they are slightly smaller (but do have an enclosed patio area). All apartments in the block are furnished to the same standard

  • Hi looking at booking for 1 night but wondering if we would be able to book 2 parking spaces and be able to leave the cars there after checking out?

    Hello! Your parking runs alongside the reservation, so you can park from 3pm check-in until 11am check out. Our parking is very popular as we are so central, so in busy months we aren't able to extend parking times I'm afraid.

Neighbourhood information

Blackpool has several distinct neighbourhoods. It is made up of 3 distinct zones - North Shore (including Bispham), Central and South Shore. Each zone has its own distinct identity and something valuable to offer for visitors and many architectural gems. North Shore is one of the quietest and least touristy areas of Blackpool, mainly consisting of nice residential neighbourhoods, industry & business parks. Bispham is situated at the far north of Blackpool and has shops, pubs and very good restaurants, so is well worth a visit if you are staying in area. North Shore promenade also boasts the least crowded of all sections of this town's coastline and is well worth a visit if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Central Blackpool is where a lot of the action is from a nightlife point of view. Mainly comprising the town's guest houses, main transport links, large shopping area, hundreds of bars, nightclubs & restaurants. Not to mention Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre & Sea Life centre. Small link roads off the main road reveal the best fish and chip shops, lots of great cafes & trinket shops. For a great pint try the Pump & Truncheon.
