Absolutely lovely, the staff were all very professional (a man was being incredibly rude to lady on desk and she was AMAZING handling the situation), everything we could have asked for, breakfast was exceptional, the room was beautiful with lovely, huge windows, when it was night time could see all of Birmingham with the beautiful night lights on. Fantastic stay!

The views from the room are incredible, love that you automatically get a high floor. Breakfast was OK considering covid restrictions. But to sit having breakfast with a view looking out at the incredible views was priceless! Something I have never done before! Very comfortable relaxing room. Would definitely be my go to hotel next time I visit Birmingham!
